1. What makes Ace Scooters better than other suppliers?
The reason that Ace Scooters is better than other suppliers is that we value our customers, and treat every single customer with respect, politeness and offer everyone a personal service, from the moment they make their first enquiry right up to a full aftersales service.

2. Are the products good quality?
All of our products are extremely high quality, and we have thoroughly researched all of our manufacturers, and ensured that their products reach the highest standards in safety, style and quality. All of our products are certified, and come with warranties, and if you do have any problems with any of our products, we offer a full aftersales service, and can offer unlimited spares throughout the warranty period.

3. Why buy through Ace Scooters rather than buy direct from the manuacturer?
The majority of our products come from the Far East, and due to time differences, communication problems with language differences, and the cost of contacting the manufacturers, many customers find it very difficult to deal direct with the manufacturers. We have carefully selected manufacturers, and communicate with them on a daily basis. We have also negotiated extremely low prices, enabling our customers to get the best quality products at the lowest prices.

4. Can you order samples before placing full container order?
Samples are available on the majority of our products, but due to a change in policy, we no longer provide samples at factory price. Samples now have to be paid for in full at a price higher than the factory price. This has been implemented due to customers ordering samples on the pretence of placing a container order. They paid the factory price for a sample, and did not place further orders, they simply wanted a product for personal use at the lowest price possible, which is why we have had to change our policy on samples. If you do require samples, they will be charged at sample price plus shipping, usually by air for single products.

5. Are samples returnable?
Due to the cost of returning samples, unfortunately samples are non-returnable or refundable. If you place a container order after purchasing a sample, the cost of the sample will be deducted from your container order cost.

6. What if the goods are faulty when received?
As all of our products are thoroughly checked and tested before despatch, we have a very low fault rate. Infact, we have not had any problems with faulty goods, but to reassure you, all of our manufacturers have agreed to supply 1.5-2% spares free of charge to cover any faults that may occur. The spares provided depend entirely on which product is ordered, but for example, scooters can come with spare wheels, batteries and handlebar attachments to cover any breakages that may occur during shipping. The spares provided are complimentary from the manufacturer, you are not charged for the spare parts, or the shipping of spares if sent to cover breakages, which is why the manufacturers can offer only 2% spare parts.

7. What warranties do we offer?
All of our goods come with different warranties depending on manufacturer. For example, scooters come with a six month warranty on batteries and motors, and a full 1 year warranty on all other parts. In that warranty period, replacements will be provided free of charge by the manufacturer if goods develop faults. Breakages by customers are not covered in the warranty agreement, only manufacturing faults or faulty parts are covered.

8. How soon will your order be processed?
Your orders are processed and sent to the factories as soon as they are received, however, the goods will not start to be manufactured until full payment is received and has cleared in the bank. As soon as payment is cleared, the manufacturers are then informed to begin dealing with your orders.

9. How soon can orders be ready for despatch?
Depending on quantity and type of product ordered, goods can be ready for despatch in as little as 2 days for a 40ft container of electric scooters. Overall, most orders are completed and delivered to the customers in 35 days from receipt of payment. The only delays in delivery can occur due to a delay in the shipping process, as some shipping companies will take goods of higher value before lower value goods from the docks. To ensure a good delivery time, a good shipping company should be used.

10. Do we arrange shipping?
We do not arrange shipping ourselves directly, but we have negotiated good rates with the company below.

11. How do we accept payment?
We accept payment only in the form of cash, cheque (with valid card number / expity date / letterhead in case of company cheques), or by Western Union Money Transfer. We do not accept personal cheques, credit or debit cards, T/T or Letters of Credit.
Cheques will be allowed to clear in the bank before acceptance of order. If you wish to pay by personal cheque or credit card, you can do so through Western Union Money Transfer.

12. Do we accept orders and deliver to any destination worldwide?
We accept orders and can deliver to any country, no matter how small or large the order is. All shipping is dealt with by an international shipping agent. As long as payment is received correctly, we accept orders from all companies, organisations and individuals worldwide.

13. Can you have the products in specifications different than the ones shown?
Yes. Our manufacturers can produce the vehicles in any specification required. You can choose your own colours, designs, and even have your own brandname and logo incorporated into the design. Not happy with the power, then we can also have each item made in a different wattage for electric vehicles, and a greater or smaller CC for gas powered vehicles.
Whatever specification, design, or colour you need, our manufacturers will produce your designs to order.
Delivery times and manufacturing times may differ if products are customised to customers specifications. Prices may also differ from those shown, depending on type of customisation and changes in specification required.

14. What happens if I change my mind on style or I want to cancel my order?
Once production on your order has begun, you cannot change your specifications or cancel the order, this is why you must ensure that what you have ordered is correct before making payment, because as soon as we receive the payment for the goods, the manufacturing process begins.

If customer does need to change or cancel order after the start of production, they are liable for all costs incurred, including material costs, machine setup costs, labour costs and the cost of any items already produced for their order. All administration costs for our company and that of the manufacturer will also become the customers liability.

All products remain the property of the supplier / manufacturer until paid for in full by customer
