| Introduction |
| By-product of oil manufacture, obtained by
extraction of pressed olives separated as far as possible
from parts of the kernel. Olives are processed for the
oil which is seen as a 'healthy' vegetable oil. Olive
pulp is the residue from oil extraction. |

| A digestible fibre feed of variable
nutritional quality due to different processing
techniques. Unsuitable for pigs and poultry due to high
fibre content. Low to medium protein content and
deficient in minerals. |
