Introduction

Produced from the processing, washing, chopping and slurrying of potatoes. When processing for chips, the removed corners and fragments are added to the sludge.

High in starch but nut much else. Quality depends on fibre and soil content. Ideal for ruminants and wet feeding systems for pigs. Low in Methionine.

Soil contamination should be avoided. The product may also be too variable to rely on.
