You could be bidding on an Audio Logic DIIi mono digital delay line. A very economical way to time align loudspeakers. This item is in good working condition. This was previously used as part of light duty PA system installed in a house of worship.

1U 19-inch rackmount design
1.25 to 1280 milliseconds delay easily set by DIP switches
Set it and forget it !
