Funny really, this page was supposed to be about my favourite actors of both sexes. But when it came down to choosing
who would go on it they all turned out to be georgeous male actors. Strange that, me being a red blooded woman
and all! BTW, with the exception of My Col at the top of the page, these actors are not necessarily shown in order
of preference. That would be far too difficult as they would have to be reordered every day! Beware though ...
if you follow any of the links from this page you will be required to read large amounts of gushings about these
men.
My Col
OK, so he's not an actor....well, not by trade but he can be a pretty good actor when he wants to be! When I realised
this page was turning into a page of georgeous men, I wanted to add him. 'Cos lets face it .... he's georgeous!
Love you, Col. |
Cary Grant
Yes, he's dead. Yes, he didn't make any movies after 1966 (7 years before I was born!). Yes, he was as handsome
as hansome can possibly be. And definitely yes, he was a great actor. You may be wondering why I chose this picture
of Cary for this page ... after all, it doesn't depict his normally suave, sophisticated character, but hey, it's
my page and I LOVE this photo!! So, pull up a chair and let me tell you about my Cary Grant experience (so
far) ... |

Paul Gross
For ages I protested that it was just Due South that I liked. But it's not. I mean, look at this
man. Isn't he lovely? As yet, I have still to see him act in anything other than Due South ... though I await the
arrival of Apsen Extreme and Cold Comfort (which I recently ordered from Amazon) with ever growing excitement.
I can't wait to see him in some completely different roles. I nearly got to see his Hamlet when we visited Toronto
in October 2000, but, alas, funds and time would not allow us to make the trip to Stratford. |

Liam Neeson
Ah, Liam. Liam, Liam, Liam. The first time I saw Liam was in 1986 or 87 when Lamb was shown on Channel
4. The film made quite an impression on me. Imagine my amazement when, while holidaying in Toronto (see above!)
I found that Lamb was available on DVD - Canada is a great country!! OK, so it's not a great transfer but ... I
digress. This section is about Liam, not my DVD fanaticism! |

Mel Gibson
OK, it may not be "cool" to like Mel Gibson. But hey, I think he's great. It took me a
while to find him though. I enjoyed the Lethal Weapon films, was not a fan of Mad Max and had varying feelings
about the majority of his other films. Until Forever Young was released ... and the I was truly gone. This action
hero could really act. |
