THE CAMPAIGN FOR LABOUR PARTY DEMOCRACY

Opposes PFI and PPP and supports an expanded public sector.

Supports the trade union-Labour Party link and is against state funding.

Campaigns for affiliates and CLPs to be allowed to put before Conference amendments to NPF reports.

Presses for Conference to be allowed to vote on NPF reports section-by-section, rather than being forced to vote for or against lengthy documents

    on an all-or-nothing basis.

  SUCCESS AT CONFERENCE

New rule on EMERGENCY RESOLUTIONS will give more say to CLPs

At last year’s Conference, with the help of the unions, an

addition to procedural rules was accepted which ensures

that “at least the first four priorities selected by CLPs will

be timetabled for debate…” at future Conferences.
