April 2008 PHAT (4)
Your task for this month is a STANDARD CRYPTIC clue to PHAT (4) by the closing date of TUESDAY 22nd APRIL.

Please send your clue and a brief explanation (one that will be accommodated easily within the NOTES to CLUES) to toots@tinyworld.co.uk.

Ultimately only one clue per entrant, but by all means change, hone, amend, scrap and/or resubmit before deciding on your final clue within the given time period.

As is usual, we regard The Chambers Dictionary (2003 edition) as our primary reference, but you may, if you wish use another dictionary or source, BUT PLEASE STATE SO IN YOUR CLUE'S EXPLANATION.

Remember there is a prize for our winner of a copy of Bradford's Crossword Solver's Dictionary kindly provided by Collins!
