Deal and The Royal Marines

These pages are a personal thank you to the men and women of the Royal Marines Band, past and present, who have entertained the people of Deal for decades with their summer concerts and winter pantomimes, leading the carnival and their occasional marches through the town.  They will always be fondly remembered and sadly missed.  It is hoped that they will continue to return each summer to play to packed houses at the Memorial Bandstand on Walmer Green.

They are also meant as a personal tribute to those who were killed and injured in the bombing of the barracks.
