So be delighted that revenge has now occurred in the indoor land of Lord's. In a surprise match to start the year (replacing the planned Pairs tournament and occurring before the Lankans update below) Elthorne found themselves triumphant against a new opponent, The Foreign Office. READ REPORT AND A LOSS In another new skirmish, against the Daily Mail in Taplow a close run game saw an Elthorne defeat READ REPORT 10/5/10 2010 IS UPON US Well, OK it has been some time, but I'm sorry not to have managed to update the website until now. After 2009 came to a close with a defeat to Lankans, so 2010 began in a similar way. But a much closer game it was this time, so not all bad by any means.
