Where can I get DOSSHELL?

DOSSHELL is available as part of the MS-DOS 6.22 supplemental files, it is not included with Windows 9x. When only DOS is loaded it will allow task switching and seems to work correctly with MS-DOS 7.XX but I don't guarantee it's safe.
You can download the MS-DOS 6.22 supplemental files from Microsoft's FTP site. A regularly updated list of this and other useful files is available at Powerload in the MS-DOS Resource Download Page.
