Description:

DOS copy replacement with several useful features. For starters with Cpy you have greater control over which files get overwritten, you can instruct Cpy to compare sizes and or dates. When it prompts you whether or not you wish to overwrite a file it also give the file details so you can make an informed decision.
You can also select which files to copy by their last modified time and or date.

Applications:

General copying.
Replacing corrupted files with earlier versions.
Updating old files with newer versions.
