Was living in Arkansas in the mid-1850's before returning to TN.
He enlisted on the 16 November 1862 at McMinnville, TN, and was paid a bounty for enlistment of $50.00.
He up and walked away from the war on the 21 July 1863 while near Chattanooga, TN.
Being paroled at Manchester, TN, on 28 July 1863.He died at Bridgeport, AL, in 1912 and was buried at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
