| CLUB HAVANA - Without a doubt, Havana has to be the most popular lambada club in London. Its well known to lambadeiros and virtually everyone can be found here! There is usually a lambada or samba show around 11pm, and the club often has a great atmosphere. DJ's are Berg and guests. Havana also offers 'House of Samba' on Sundays for samba lovers, with occasional live bands, from 6pm till 1am. The Lambada nights are on Wednesdays, 9pm till 2am (free b4 9pm.) Club Havana can be found in Hanover Square, just a short walk from Oxford Street. The nearest tube is Oxford Circus, and Tesco's, a short walk away, is open 24 hours on weekdays, and its a great time saver for Wednesday's late nite lambadeiros! |

| EL METRO - El Metro as the longest running club, has lambada on Saturday. Its a rarity (many central tube stations once had pubs) being within Hammersmith (H&C) station. Between 8 and about 10pm on Saturdays there's a good deal of lambada, with a mix after to cater for clubbers. Stay till 12 midnight and you'll still get a few lambada dances in the bargain. Best of all, its free. |

| LOUGHBOROUGH HOTEL - Lambada began here in 1991 - its 'Lambada Fever' nights were hosted by Berg, when the club was known as 'Mambo's,' and it is still affectionately known as Mambo's! Lambada nights are hosted by Patricia, with guests. At 10pm there's a class, and then its dance time from 11 till around 2am. The venue also offers salsa etc within its three dance halls. | PAPARAZZI CAFE - Its on the night B4 Club Havana, and is almost opposite! Its an upmarket night club where you can sit and watch the dance and the shows while dining. Lambada generally is from 11pm to about 12 midnight, and thereafter its a mix of styles till 3am to suit the late night party-goer. Berg is DJ, and at 1.00am there's a Latinmania show. | SOUND - The home of 'Combinacion Latina,' has a large dance floor. Club night is Monday, starting at 8pm, with a class by Patricia, and finishing 1am. DJ's are Bispo, Yoada and Radi. As well as samba-reggae, lambada, zouk, it also offers salsa and merengue. Its location in the Swiss Centre Building, Leicester Square, London, W1V, is handy for those who want a late nite bite or a cappucino before heading off home to bed.
