Where are we?

The town of Oldham lies within the boundaries of Greater Manchester. It is well served by the motorway network, the M62 from Yorkshire, the M6 from the North and from Birmingham and the South, and the M60 orbital route around the Greater Manchester area. Trains call at Oldham Mumps, on the Manchester Victoria to Rochdale line. Manchester Airport is 15 miles away.

To reach the Church by car:

From the M62: take exit 20 and join the M627 signposted Oldham. After 2 miles exit towards Oldham. At roundabout take second exit and follow signs for Oldham. At next roundabout, follow signs for the A62 to Huddersfield, along the Oldham Way bypass. After 1 mile, at the large Mumps Roundabout, take second exit signposted A62. Go through the first set of traffic lights in the centre lane, but immediately take the first right at the second part of the traffic lights. This takes you onto to Greenacres Road. Follow this for 1/2 mile, past a mini-roundabout at the entrance to Greenacres Cemetery, and turn into Galland Street, second road on the right. Proceed to the end and into the Church grounds.

From Manchester: Take the A62 Oldham Road from Manchester City Centre. Follow it all the way to Oldham Way Bypass.

From Manchester by Bus: Take any 82 or 83 bus from Piccadilly Gardens, and alight at the “Forty Steps” on Huddersfield Road, Waterhead, Oldham.
