BEING A MEMBER OF HAND IN HAND My name is lauren white and I have special needs and this group means a lot to me because I like to express my faith and religion with actions aswell, Our group is a intergrated group of people that also have special needs the leader who helps us to practice and her name is Julia Harvey.she helps us to express ourselves through; dance, mime and reflections. we practice in st. Joseph’s parish hall in Brighton but we don’t start on time. This group goes around the diocese and we do our mime and gospel reflections and that helps others to pray aswell. sometimes we go on retreats such as; a french convent and also to Sayers Common. these retreats we go on has a weekly theme that we abide by and also we have fun together aswell, we also practice and re-practice dances, mimes and reflections. I think I feel really important to be in this group and help spread the good
news of the lord to other people in our diocese of Arundel and Brighton
