All the homes we offer are fully insured, checked for cleanliness and suitability, have all the facilities you will need and above all are owned by Islanders and not 'investment properties' ( the difference is that Islanders actually live there during the 'off' season and the properties are better maintained, and the neighbours much friendlier). We do not necessarily deal with 'exclusive' or 'chocolate box' properties but tend to provide a Very Good standard of accommodation at excellent prices, giving you the opportunity to enjoy your stay in comfort and to use the home as your base, not a 'cocktail party venue'.

As part of our commitment to you, we ensure that the house is clean and tidy and provide you with some 'welcome' local produce to ensure that you arrive and relax, rather than dashing out to the shops for the usual Tea, Coffee, Milk, Eggs and Bread... All these items will be put away ready for your arrival. The properties have all the facilities you need for self-catering, along with TV, Stereo, Microwave, Washing Machine, Dryer etc. in most houses. We also leave a 24 hour contact number for us, and a list of local phone numbers for Doctors, Hospital, Tourist Information, Buses, Rail, Ferry, Takeaway and attractions. We try to leave a local map for you, (but they do tend to 'wander off') and directions to the local shops and major Town (Newport).

All the properties we offer have the option of a wide range of extra services, designed to ensure that your stay is as relaxing and pleasurable as is possible.
