What can we offer you?

Well, we have one of the best web sites around, with a 'hit count' (number of visitors) reaching as high as 350 per day, every day, 365 days per in the World, over 200,000 in total and receive over 20 enquiries a day. We offer a service that is unheard of these days.. We give the visitors the option to turn their holiday from self catering, to half-board.. We organise activities, arrange hire cars/taxis, greet them personally, supply some local produce and will clean house every day if required, and none of this would cost YOU a penny. We also look after your property for you, We will ensure the gardens are well kept, If We are suspicious of any visitors, We do regular snap visits, "just to check they are enjoying themselves"! We check security during vacant periods (remove mail, check locks, windows etc.) We have a number of Local and experienced tradesmen who offer us a very good rate should anything go wrong during our term of responsibility.

The cost to you are certainly less than most agents or holiday companies charge, we ask for a flat fee of £40.00 for a clean, check, welcome, supply local produce and final check/return keys. IF you required us to visit during the clients stay we would charge £5.00 per visit. This would work out at £45.00 for an average two week stay and would include ALL the liaison with the client, a full house clean and tidy, a Garden tidy a personal welcome and hand over of the keys, provision of Tea, Coffee, Milk, Eggs, Bread and a copy of the County Press. We also leave OUR phone number, available 24 hours a day, and offer help and advice during their stay. We would check back during the second week, and be there for the client when they leave, to both check for damage and retain the keys and hear any feedback they may have regarding their stay and the facilities.

On top of this (or instead of it) we offer you a page on our web site for a one off price of £30.00 including Photographs! You then have a Internet presence 365 days a year in every country in the world!

All these prices include VAT and everything else you can think of... No hidden charges.

We can do this because we offer the client the extra services we have available, and charge direct for them.

What do I have to do???

All we ask is that your property is insured correctly, is safe and in good repair. We act as your agent and offer no Public Liability whilst on your property. And err...... that's it!

You are not tied down to using just us, you can advertise wherever you like and do whatever you wish, as long as you tell us if a date is booked, and if you want us to supply the services outlined or you wish to take care of everything yourselves. There are no strings and no pressure. We understand that most other companies tie you down via contract to them.. We cannot comment on this.. But only ask.. Is it REALLY FAIR? We don't want to know about any other resources you use.. And we will leave it at that!

The only paper we ask you to sign is one that states the conditions mentioned here, and that we are acting on your behalf during periods set down by you.
