The Famine of Ball by Matt Kemp What is basketball? That is a question that, if asked almost anywhere in the world would result in a long answer which told of the basic rules of basketball and also the history of that person's favourite player or team. If you asked a Yugoslavian this question then they would answer it by telling you the rules and also about the tri-tastic 3-point bomber Peja Stojakovic of the Sacramento Kings.
