This is something that we all have, it is a part of our instinctive memory that most of us have forgotten how to use, as we have progressed down through the ages our communication verbally has improved so we have lost or are losing our ability for silent commuication.

 

We need to practice this art to regain what our ancestors had, mostly fear was the first silent communication for self preservation most, of our wild life still use this.

How many times have you been thinking about someone then that person calls you on the phone how many times do you feel that you have been there before even though its your first visit, or that you know exactly what someone is going to say before they say it, or just get a feeling that something is going to happen just before it does, can you sense theatmosphere,or just feel lucky, these and many more are just a way of getting in touch with yourself and others and the world about you.

 

Most of us either dismiss or forget these feelings or just let them pass.

What we should be doing is savoring these moments feelings and expand them exercise them these are becoming a lost art, but we can bring them back by becoming more sensitive and be aware of peoples body
