All break and holiday prices include accommodation, full English breakfast and 4 course dinner including coffee. Family Suites (Rooms. 6,18,20,23,25,28) - These consist of two bedrooms and one private bathroom leading from a small private lobby. Superior Poolside Rooms (44-54 Inclusive) - These are spacious family rooms located in a wing of the hotel adjacent to the indoor pool and leisure complex. The rooms all have superb views over the hotel lawns towards the tennis courts and down towards the Exe estuary. All except 54 have private balconies. Room 55 is an especially spacious room on the ground floor with a pleasant sitting room area but with no division. This room is charged at suite price. All rooms have private bathroom, direct dial telephone, colour television with satellite, trouser press, radio, baby listening, Intercom and Tea and coffee making facilities. The Newspaper of your choice is delivered to the room at no extra charge. We regret that no allowance can be made for meals or accommodation not taken during the period of a reservation. |

ReservationsWe strongly recommend that you telephone to ascertain availability in the first instance. Accommodation will then be held up to seven days awaiting your written confirmation and appropriate deposit. Alternatively you may give a credit card number for the deposit whilst telephoning and we will confirm the reservation directly to you complete with receipt of your deposit. DepositsA deposit of £50 per adult and £25 per child is requested with reservations. This is, of course, credited to your account. In the event of cancellation the deposit is not normally returnable. |
