MAG Gold European Accident Management

Your cover explained

Full European Cover.
Through a network of approved agents MAG Gold offers assistance accross Europe. If your bike is involved in a non-fault accident you will still receive our comprehensive service.

£100,000 Legal Expenses.
Your MAG Gold policy will provide cover for legal expenses up to £100,000 to persue the recovery of your uninsured losses. We will endeavor to seek compensation for, or recovery of:- Any personal injury you or your pillion may have suffered; Medical fees; Polcy excess; Replacement bike hire; Replacement of leathers, gloves, helmets and other accessories; Bile repair costs; Loss of earnings; Bike recovery and storage and any other out of pocket expenses at no extra cost to you.

Assisted Replacement Bike Hire.
If your bike is immobilised as a result of a non-fault accident, MAG Gold will arrange and pay for a suitable replacement bike (or car) to be made available to you.MAG Gold will arrange for the delivery and collection of the bike and recover these costs on your behalf from the negligent party.

Assisted Bike Repair Costs.
If you are insured Third Party or Third Party, Fire & Theft, you will normally be expected to pay for your repairs and then claim them back from the person at fault. MAG Gold will appoint an independent engineer to inspect your bike without delay and through a network of recognised motorcycle repair shops, will arrange for your bike to be repaired and returned at no up front cost to you. The cost of repairs will be recovered by AMBA from the negligent third party. If you are at fault, you will havefull administrative backup with the repairs provided by the agreed repairer network. If you have comprehensive insurancewe will be pleased to arrange repair through our network of approved repairers.

Replacement Leathers, Helmets and Accessories.
In the event of your clothing or accessories being damaged beyond safe use and you need to take advantage of our replacement bike hire scheme, MAG Gold will provide and pay for replacement leathers, helmets and other neccessary accessories to enable you to get back on the road The cost of these accessories will be claimed back on your behalf from the negligent third party.

Specialist Biker Solicitors.
If any legal action is required MAG Gold will use specially selected solicitors to handle your claim. The solicitor will have specialist knowledge of the problems encountered by bikers and have a thorough understanding of the unique types of injuries suffered by bikers in motor accidents.

24 Hour Accident Assistance.
In the event of a non-fault accident, MAG Gold will arrange transport home for you and your pillion, Alternetively, MAG Gold will arrange for bike hire to enable you to continue to your destination or at our discretion, hotel accommodation for you and your pillion for the night.
