If you already have a domain name then the next thing to do is to ftp (File Transfer Protocol is a protocol that allows the transfer of files from one computer to another. FTP is also the verb used to describe the act of transferring files from one computer to another) your files onto the host server. When you wish to access a webpage you type in the web address of your site in your browser, it's the same with ftp, you have to type in the ftp address.

Question #2
Usually you can get the ftp address from your service provider's website. Search around on their website for a Help section or maybe Customer Centre or Support and look for an entry names ftp or uploading files. Somewhere there will be the address to send your files too. It will look something like ftp.yourprovider.net
