Suitable topics for discussion might be:

• Queries about how a certain aspect of the NES/Famicom hardware works.

Some topics unsuitable for discussion on the nesdev list might be:

• "I can't get [name of emulator] to work under Windows 95. Help!";
• "Please mail some cool ROMs to me!"

The list may be of interest to emulator authors and those curious to know more about how the NES works. So far, a significant amount of new information has been disclosed on the nesdev list.
