Directions
The property is situated South of Dorking, which is just south of the M25, south of London.
• From Junction 9 on the M25, take the A24 south towards Dorking.
• From the roundabout outside Dorking, where the A24 meets the A25, you take the A24 by-pass heading South towards Horsham.
• Approximately 2 miles down the A24, you cross over a roundabout where the road becomes a dual carriageway.
• Follow the dual carriageway for approximately 1 mile and then turn left into MILL ROAD, sign-posted to LEIGH and BROCKHAM.
• About 500 yards down Mill Road, you will come to a dip in the road where you turn left into MILL BOTTOM LANE. (Mill Bottom Lane is now sign-posted). The road is an unmade-up dirt road which runs straight into the gate of "The Old Croft".
