MMA Deckcoat

Description

MMA Deckcoat is a four pack Methacrylate resin system, modified to impart toughness, resilience and waterproofing properties to the cured membrane.

The abrasion and impact resistance, together with the low temperature flexibility and excellent adhesion to concrete and steel make MMA Deckcoat and ideal material for use as a membrane subjected to vehicular traffic.

By broadcasting a layer of silica sand, calcined bauxite or quartz etc., a slip or skid resistant surface profile can be achieved.

Curing times:

Light traffic after approx. 1 hour

Full traffic after approx. 2 hours

Typical Uses

As a slip resistant membrane for car park decks, walkways, and areas subjected to heavy fork lift traffic.

As a skid resistant finish on ramps, heavily trafficked turning areas, ship decks, landing piers etc.
