This series of pages show the process of a group planting (Yose-ue) of junipers
which was
assembled in the spring of 1999 by our club chairman Ross Howard and Derrick Greatbatch.
The material for the group planting: 5 substantial Meyeri Junipers
(Juniperus Squamata 'Meyeri') were chosen due to their excellent
potential. The trees range in size and all show good root flare and
compact foliage.The large cast iron pot can be seen at the front of
the trees and is very heavy!
