Spared re-rooting this time... though the paint job was a bit of nightmare! The head is from the 9" Star Trek Mirror Mirror lass (Marlena Moreau). I removed the plastic hair but underneath the head was a bit bulbous so I dunked it in boiling for a couple of minutes, removed it and squeezed the top into a better shape and quickly set it under cold running water ( and just to make sure, left it in the freezer for a while too)
Used some milliput to sculpt the top of her head up a little bit and added a bit more around the ears and their extended lobes. Then paint time!
The costume was pretty straightforward, though finding a suitable material for one of Zhaan's shawls wasn't so easy. Still looking, but for now that dark greyish towel is fairly close to what she wore during the end of the first season.
