Help!
This is the help for Scotland-From the inside. Here you can learn how the site works. You will notice that there are three frames. One is for navigation. It stays like that all the time. Where ever you are in the site, just click a page from the navigation bar it it will take you there. The navigation bar is on the left. On the right there are two other frames. One is the main frame. All the info from the site is showed there. There is absoloutely no way that you can make that frame have anything else in it, unless you alter the script. Below that is the external frame. It shows all sites that have links from this site. At the beggining it shall show Scotland.com, but if you click a link to say, a Nessie site, It shall come up there. You can then compare info from my nessie site with there Nessie site. If the frame annoys you and you want whatever site it is as a larger version, the adress will be beside the link, so you just type that in your browsers address/location/url box and away you go. If you are now even more confused, then forget everything I told you and figure it out for yourself!
