| The Ridgeway Military and Aviation Research Group (RMARG) has been involved in an
active program of recording the areas Military history in many forms ,either through group
publications ,local news items , or through the dedication of memorials . Since the groups formation it has been policy where appropriate to dedicate memorials
to the many units ,squadrons ,or services within the Ridgeway area all paid for and
maintained by group members or working jointly with many local authorities and the
community .
