understood.e.g.

‘University degrees are two a penny these days’(very cheap and common).
A saying showing that the speaker
thinks it is highly unlikely that something might happen e.g.
e.g. ‘I might get a job one day soon’
‘And pigs might fly!’

An expression used to describe people who are
very kind or reliable, or have other very good features:
