 Mary Foulis Percy Bysshe Shelley is just one of the poets with Penshurst associations. Fulke Greville, Edward Dyer and Edmund Spencer were all influenced by Sir Philip Sidney as was Shelley himself. Edmund Waller wrote poetry for Lady Dorothy Sidney "Sacharissa" during his attempt to get her to marry him.
