A journey in more ways than one |

Brace yourself, it's not as cheap a holiday as you might think. Certainly more expensive that I first thought. The big bits, not surprisingly are trains and accommodation. But I spent a small fortune on food too.
Trains £194.00 Accommodation £364.00 Daily Spending £350.00 Photo Development £19.00 CTC Merchandise £20.00 Total £947.00
That works out to more than £50.00 a day, quite a lot.
I could have done it cheaper, shopping around for B&B's or booking in advance would have saved a few quid.
I also ate out every night & wasn't exactly frugal (I was on holiday after all!). I'm not complaining, it was worth twice as much.
