We're glad you have decided to "Come and See" ( John 1:39).
We, the parishioners of St. Wilfrid's Roman Catholic Church in Burgess Hill, welcome you!    The Roman Catholic Parish of St Wilfrid covers, Burgess Hill, Ditchling Common and Wivelsfield.   We are part of the Diocese of Arundel and Brighton, in the Lewes Deanery.   How to find us
(link to map).
There are two Convents and one Church in the Parish.    St Wilfrid's Burgess Hill is the main Parish Church and the two Convents are St. Annes, Burgess Hill, and St George's Retreat (Nursing Home), Burgess Hill.

Here on this website you will find out something about us,  our Church, our activities and our mission to be "Christ in our world and a source of hope for all".   You will find details of our Sacramental prepartion, of the various groups which exist in the parish, times of masses, our schools and our social life.   It is also possible to download a copy of the current newsletter and the Ordinary of the Mass in PDF format.   There is also a page of links to other useful Christian and local sites.

We look forward to welcoming you if you are ever in this area.  Burgess Hill is in West Sussex, approximately 11 miles north of Brighton.   It is a fast-growing town with much new housing, so to all those who have recently moved or who are thinking of moving to Burgess Hill, St. Wilfrid's Parish  is waiting to say:
