Children are accepted in the Nursery Unit between the ages of 3 and 4½ years.
They are provided with opportunities for playing and learning alongside other
children so that they can develop their self-confidence and self-expression in preparation
for their transfer to primary school reception classes. This is done in a
caring, sharing and secure environment, which offers both indoor and outdoor activities.
The Nursery Unit follows a Catholic ethos.
The opening hours are 9.15 am to 12 noon Monday to Friday, with additional sessions on
Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons.
