Orlando Weather at February Half Term
Typical Orlando weather during the winter season (including February Half Term) sees daytime high temperatures of around 20C and lows of 10C at night. Miami tends to be somewhat warmer reaching 23C. February weather in Orlando still averages 7 hours of sunshine with around 2 inches of monthly rainfall - making winter comparatively dry compared to the tropical downpours common in July and August.
Florida's rainfall is more frequent in late afternoon in summer when the heat builds up. Many of Florida's theme parks have overhead water sprayers which gently cool down people standing in line, which makes waiting a little more tolerable.

There's little doubt that Orlando weather in April and October is much more comfortable and average rainfall in October is considerably less than during the summer months at just 2.75 inches. It's worth noting that the Florida hurricane season includes the early autumn months (through to the end of October). So if you book a Florida holiday during summer through to October Half Term there is a small risk or disruption from a tropical storm or hurricane.
