Son Bou is quite commercialised, but is conveniently located in the central southern central part of the island with good access to all areas by car and by frequent Menorca island bus. Son Bou is only about twenty minutes drive from Menorca's Mahon airport, so transfer times are pleasingly short compared to Ciutadella, which is the resort town furthest from the airport.
