Miss Wet T-Shirt™ ContestThis page is about a great British institution, the national Miss Wet T-Shirt™ Contest, which has been held annually, for the past 30 years. Miss Wet T-Shirt™ is the longest running Promotion within the UK Night-club Industry, and each year appears at up to 100 venues.
Miss Wet T-Shirt™ is a proprietory trade mark, owned by Roy Barlow Leisure Services (U.K) Ltd, and The Entertainment Biz, who own and operate The National Tour.

For the 2006 and 2007 seasons, the tour was operated in conjunction with Nuts magazine.
In 2006 heats were held in Blackpool, Northampton, Barnstable, Liverpool, London, Swindon, Leeds, Whitehaven, Sunderland, Ispwich, Norwich, Bristol, Newmarket and Swansea. During the period from April to June, half a dozen photos from each of the heats, were printed in each weekly issue of Nuts (see sample 2-page spread, just below). |

A series of heats are held at local nightclubs in various towns throughout the country. The winners of each heat then go on to compete in a national Grand Final. Between 1992-1997, the competition was sponsored by, and televised on, the Adult Channel. All of the images, and videos, below, are from the pre-Nuts period. |

This page does not attempt to give a comprehensive coverage of the thousands of girls who have taken part in this competition, but just to present a few pictures of some of my favourite contestants, and to give you a flavour of the Miss Wet T-Shirt Contest.

| The picture at the right shows Michelle, a very good looking girl, and very popular with the fans, appearing in the heat held at the Zen nightclub, Dartford.

| The rules for the organisation of the competition are quite strictly laid down. The water must be freezing, and this is ensured by buckets of ice in the circulation reservoir. |

The picture at the left shows Kerry, who was a brilliant contestant, making her debut appearance, in the Andromeda night club, in the Stoke-on-Trent heat. |

The quality of wet T-shirt competitions can vary greatly.
At their best, with very good looking girls, they are magnificent. At their worst, with girls with fake boobs, they are dreadful. The girl shown left is Elizabeth.

Girls don't need to have huge boobs to be sexy.
The girl shown left is the very vivacious Janice. Janice was the eventual overall winner in this particular year's competition.
