Ukraine - Floods: exceptional rains & melting snow. Water levels at Chop reached up to 13m. Over 35,000 evacuated, 191 communities & 20,000 houses flooded, 443 buildings completely destroyed, 53km railways destroyed, 300,000 affected. At least 7 deaths.
