India - Freeze: Across northern India, Himalayan foothills, Kashmir. Down to -22oC. Dense fog in New Delhi. Coldest in several years. 112 deaths, mostly from hypothermia.
Pakistan - Sub-freezing temps. Deaths, esp among Afghan refugees.
